The music track is about loneliness, frustration, anger and hope. The story in the animation evolves around a boy who is trapped in the lonely inner city and he keeps on trying to stay strong with hope for a better tomorrow.

Before I started working on this project I happened to see a film called "Tony Takitani" which is based on one of Haruki Murakami's short stories. I was very inspired by the cinematograhy of the film and I wanted to try something like that myself. With this animation I decided to work more on the layout and spacing of the elements to help express the feelings of isolation and loneliness but also slight hope.
